RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase and valued business. You are supporting an Australian company with all taxes, any profits and re-investment staying in Australia. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on this policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be post marked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item(s), please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please include in your email request details of purchase (original PO, receipt of purchase, company details and details of items purchased / to be returned, which MUST include part number). Include date of purchase. Indicate if you wish to receive a refund, store credit or exchange for another item. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securley in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (invoice, PO, sales confirmation), then return to the following address:

Once sent please email [email protected] with a tracking number and the RMA. All items must have a tracking number included or this may affect the returns process.

Please note:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items

All items must be returned in original packaging allowing for re-sale

The original shipping costs will not be refunded

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange. Please include all information for original pruchase including part numbers, invoice, & PO or receipt. Indicate reason for request such as faulty part, incorrect item.

SHIPPING for returns?
Are original shipping rates refundable? No, these fees are non refundable. Does customer pay for shipping the return? Yes and items must be sent with tracable information. 

CREDIT for returns?
Customer can receiv store credit, refund or replacement for a different part. 

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packaging for returns and in a condition suitable for re-sale.
